What is Melin's return policy ?

Authorization must be obtained prior to returning products. Tools returned without this prior authorization will not be accepted. This is most easily obtained by contacting our Sales Department by phone at (800) 521-1078 or (216) 362-4200.

Tools returned are subject to inspection and a 10% restocking fee. Tools returned for the purpose of inventory adjustment must be accompanied by a new order for tools of equal value. No returns will be accepted on tools over two years old.
