What is Melin's return policy?

Authorization must be obtained prior to returning products. Tools returned without this authorization will not be accepted. Contact our Sales Department at (800) 521-1078 or (216) 362-4200.

Tools returned are subject to inspection and a 10% restocking fee. Tools returned for the purpose of inventory adjustment must be accompanied by a new order for tools of equal value. No returns will be accepted on tools over two years old.
