The 4- and 5-flute tools are designed for heavy slotting and long depth profiling. Our 7-flute tools are ideal for semi-finishing and medium depth profiling while the 9-flute tools are perfect for fine finish and profiling operations. 	4 flutes, designed for universal machining and heavy, roughing cuts in multiple types of machining operations. List Heavy Slotting - can slot up to 1xD axial depth Heavy Profiling - up to ful flute length and 50% radial depth of cut	7 flutes, designed for semi-finishing and medium depth profiling applications. List Enables High Feed Machining - provides extreme metal removal rates at full flute length with radial depth of 15% of diameter Additional Flutes enable more metal removal in fewer passes Provides over 40% Higher Metal Removal Rate than even a 5 flute tool Note - the maximum radial depth at full flute length is 10% of diameter.

	5 flutes, designed for achieving high metal removal rates in multiple types of machining operations. List Heavy Slotting - can slot up to 1xD axial depth Medium Heavy Profiling - at full flute length, high metal removal rates can be achieved with 30% radial depth of cut Finishing - The 5th flute enables the tool to provide excellent finishes at high metal removal rates without changing tools




		9 flutes, designed for fine finish, profiling applications. List Provides outstanding surface finishes in the shortest amount of time Ideal for finishing tight tolerance walls - when trying to hold tight pependicularity tolerances on your wall, this is the perfect choice to finish the part FAST and keep the straightness Takes a radial depth of cut of 5% of diameter at full flute length Provides over 40% Higher Metal Removal Rate than even a 5 flute tool Note - the maximum radial depth at full flute length is 10% of diameter.




















	All of our VXMG Series Carbide End Mills are coated with nACo® nanocomposite PVD coating. This unique coating provides extremely high nano hardness and heat resistance, superior to AlTiN and effective on materials up to 54HRc.
